Development of current staff; providing continued education and instruction for greater effectiveness as ministers of the gospel and disciplers of men/women
Increasing the staff count; more staff is needed to effectively reach and disciple the approximately 5,600 student-athletes and coaches within the 14 Twin Cities Metro collegiate athletic communities

Invest in student-athletes and coaches with the purpose of helping them grow spiritually, live out the great commission within their spheres of influence, and leverage their platform for the glory of God

Strengthen our presence and spiritual investment in Twin Cities Metro collegiate athletic departments and empower AIA Staff to be the known, welcomed, and the preferred resource for each team/program within the ministry scope
